A dynamic and driven business psychologist with 20+ years of experience consulting across industries, sectors, and global locations to design and deliver successful transformation and innovation. My career has been fueled by a passion for creating human-centered change, innovating not just for organisations, but for the greater good.

After two decades working as a consultant and employee within organisations, I founded Humans Aspect Ltd with a bold vision: to reimagine innovation for a better future. I spent twenty years inside large, complex organisations at PwC, at Baringa, and leading transformation programmes that spanned thousands of people and hundreds of millions of pounds.The work was sophisticated. The methodologies were credible. But something kept going wrong in the same place.

The ideas that should have changed things didn't land. Innovation programmes generated energy and then evaporated when people returned to their desks. Change that looked successful in a workshop stalled in the organisation. And the explanations - resistance to change, lack of leadership buy-in, competing priorities - never quite felt like the whole truth.

I left my Director role to find out what the whole truth actually was. I trained in counselling. I completed a Master's in Organisational Psychology. And I found myself increasingly certain of one thing; the missing piece in almost every innovation failure was psychological. Not strategic, not structural but psychological.

I'm now studying for a PhD focused specifically on the psychology of innovation, exploring what happens for people when they step into creative spaces, what enables more of us to contribute new ideas, and why the conditions that make that possible are so consistently absent in organisations that need them most.

Humans Aspect exists because of that journey. It brings together a collective of people; psychologists, design thinkers, facilitators, researchers. All share a belief that better organisations start with a deeper understanding of human beings.
